Throughout the history of this planet, human beings have been capable of doing almost anything while utilizing the power of their brains, from posting hateful comments on YouTube videos to sending contraptions into outer space. But what do they think of Jalopnik?
No but seriously, I wonder what normal people think of Jalopnik when they stumble upon something like !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , etc. Pretty benign examples, but you get the idea.
Do they take it seriously? Are they scared? Do they think we’re a bunch of morans? Or is Jalopnik just so interesting that people who walk by get sucked in?

Oh great a forum for overpriced cars that can be beaten in terms of reliability and performance by almost any other attainable car maker. At least Doug drove the Ferrari unlike the majority owners who polish them and brag about the 3 franchise restaurants they own.

Eh, there’s some healthy debate there. Seems like a certain subset who doesn’t seem to understand that owning a Ferrari is an extraordinary thing and that cars sometimes get used as, um, CARS piles on the hate, but meh. I’d call it a part of FChat hatin’ on Doug, but not all of them.
A non-exhaustive list of things hated by various parts of varying size (but not all) of FChat:
detailers who use a different wax than the one recommended by the car’s owner
the word “moist”
using a Ferrari as it was meant to be used, dagnabbit
Mercedes F1
Doge DeMuro (much Fezza. so wow.)
people who think it’s uncool to wear multiple prancing horse items of clothing at once
